Couples therapy in County Durham, near Bishop Auckland and Barnard Castle, offering a supportive space to understand repeating patterns, improve communication and find your way back to each other.

Relationships can sometimes become stuck in familiar patterns, leaving both people feeling unheard, misunderstood or disconnected.
Couples therapy offers a calm, impartial space where you can slow down, talk openly and begin to understand what is happening between you. Together, we will explore the patterns in your relationship, helping you listen to one another differently, strengthen communication and find your way back to a closer connection.
Drawing on Transactional Analysis (TA) psychotherapy and an integrative approach, we will work together at a pace that feels right for both of you.
The aim is not to decide who is right or wrong, but to help you better understand one another and explore ways of moving forward together.
